Hi y'all! I just finished my fourth year teaching elementary school in Tennessee. I am so thankful that God has given me the passion to teach and I feel very blessed to be able to do what I LOVE to do everyday! I am so thankful for my students. They inspire me in so many ways by helping me be a more patient and loving person, motivating me to become a better teacher, and encouraging me to appreciate the simple and most precious gifts in life. Everyday is very rewarding and my kids truly make Teaching A Royal Adventure!
First and foremost the most important
thing in my life is my relationship with Jesus Christ. I was saved at the
age of 7. I remember my Sunday School teacher was telling us how God died
on the cross for my (our) sins and rose from the dead. If we accept Jesus as our personal Savior then we are given the gift of eternal life with Him. So after church my parents and I were at the grocery store, on Groundhog's Day. I kept tugging on my
moms arm telling her that I wanted to get saved. I let my mom know in the store that I
wanted to accept Jesus in my heart and wanted to ask Him to forgive me of all
of my sins. That
was the best decision I have ever made! Having Christ in your heart doesn't mean life is easy. There have been many trials, but I am so thankful to have my Savior in my heart
and allowing Him to guide me for His will for my life. Every branch of Teaching is a Royal Adventure, from teaching in the classroom to the business aspect is all for His glory. If you have any questions about
your personal relationship with Jesus Christ please feel free to contact me.
I don't know what I would do without my amazing family, they are my rock!
I am so thankful their love, support, and guidance.
I am SO thankful to do what I LOVE to do as a career. Teaching the kids in La Repressa was a wonderful experience.
This is my sweet friend Erickson. This picture was taken my first trip to the DR. I met him and fell in love with this little boy. God is our ultimate guidance and 4 months after the first trip our church was calling sponsors for La Repressa. Erickson was one of the children we could sponsor. God is SO good and HE is the who who brought us together! I am so thankful for this little boy. Erickson and his family are a big part in my life.
If you are thinking about sponsoring, Vision Trust is a group of people with a passion to spread Gods love to the neediest children around the world. You can visit there website by clicking Erickson's picture above.
Thank you for taking the time to read about me. :)
